Hallo Zusammen,

## Breaking change
## Proposed change
Add a new Škoda integration that… allows users to retrieve vehicle information from the Škoda cloud service.
The integration:
- is configured through the Home Assistant UI using a VIN and API key;
- validates the credentials and vehicle connection before configuration;
- prevents the same vehicle from being configured more than once;
- provides vehicle information through the sensor platform;
- uses an external Python library for communication with the Škoda API;
- implements the requirements of the Bronze Integration Quality Scale.
This initial pull request is intentionally limited to a single platform. Additional platforms and non-essential functionality can be added in separate pull requests.
The integration uses the [skoda-public-api](https://github.com/mobility-lab-vsb/skoda-public-api) library for communication with the Škoda Public API.
